Property Litigation

Mr. Arvind is a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation team, who advises on all aspects of commercial and residential property disputes.

Arvind acts for a wide range of clients in relation to contentious commercial and residential property matters. His main areas of work include lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), applications for consent to assign/sublet, arrears recovery, forfeiture, trespass, rights of first refusal and enfranchisement rights. He also works closely with the Property team, providing strategic advice to avoid litigation where appropriate.

Arvind graduated from Lucknow University with an LLB in Law. He completed his legal training at City Law College.
